Scatter and Ninemile Culvert Upgrades
Upgrade three culverts with open bottom aquatic organism passage (AOP) culverts. The culverts being replaced are where the 2054 road crosses Ninemile Creek, the 2054-200 road crosses South Fork Ninemile Creek and the 5320 road crosses Scatter Creek
