No Name Lake

 

 

No Name Lake is 17.6 acre 30’ deep, scenic lake with excellent opportunities for cutthroat trout fishing.  The lake has access for small boats only.  Canoes, kayaks and float tubes have to be portaged down the the short trail from the campground to the lake.  A campground with six campsites and a concrete vault toilet is located on the east side of the lake.  Camping is allowed only at the six designated campsites.

Current Conditions
Lake access is available for day-use only. Walk-in access only;No overnight camping due to forest health issues. Road is gated and closed.

Washington state fishing license required. See Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife at http://wdfw.wa.gov/ for more information.

  • Quiet hours between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m.
  • Campfire in developed fire ring only        
  • Fireworks are prohibited
  • Pets must be under voice command or on leash               
  • Maximum length of stay: 14 days    
  • Food and wildlife attractants must be properly stored at all times

Directions

From Newport Ranger Station:   Head north on N Warren Ave toward WA-20 E. Turn right on WA-20 E. Travel south on US-2 for 0.6 miles. Turn left onto Le Clerc Rd (9305) for 2.7 miles.  Turn right onto Bead Lake Rd (3029) continue for 7 miles.  Turn right onto Forest Rd 3200158 continue for 0.3 miles to No Name Lake.
