Phillips Lake

 

Phillips Lake is a 1.3-acre, shallow lake nestled beside a breathtaking wetland meadow. This pack it in/pack it out lake is undeveloped with tent camping space available.  Phillips lake is also utilized by visitors to the North Fork Chewelah Creek Campground as a day trip when exploring the area. Requires a short hike in, limited parking available.

Directions

From Colville, WA:  Follow US-395 S for 14.2 miles. Turn left onto Immel Rd and continue for 4.1 miles. Turn left toward Sand Canyon Rd for 0.2 miles. Slight left onto Sand Canyon Rd continue for 6.8 miles. Turn left onto NF-100/Phillips Lake Rd continue for 2.6 miles. Turn right onto Phillips Lake Rd continue for 0.5 miles destination will be on the left.

From Chewelah, WA; Turn right onto Cozy Nook Rd/S Fork Chewelah Creek Rd/Stolp Rd, continue to follow Cozy Nook Rd for 2.8 miles. Turn right onto Highline Rd continue for 3.8 miles. Turn right onto Sand Canyon Rd continue for 3.4 miles. Turn left onto NF-100/Phillips Lake Rd continue for 2.6 miles. Turn right onto Phillips Lake Rd continue for 0.5 miles destination will be on the left.
