Sherman Overlook Campground

This Campground is equipped with picnic areas and 9 tent/trailer sites.  Bathrooms are available.  Some campsites are private. Connects to the Kettle Crest via the Sherman Pass Tie Trail #96. The campground also provides access to Sherman Overlook Trail #96.A. This is a short paved ADA accessible interpretive trail.

Check in: 2:00 p.m.; Check-out: 12:00 p.m.; Quiet hours are 10:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m.

  • Quiet hours between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m.
  • Campfire in developed fire ring only        
  • Fireworks are prohibited
  • Pets must be on leash       
  • OHV use prohibited in the campground          
  • Maximum length of stay: 14 days       
  • Food and wildlife attractants must be properly stored at all times

Overnight Use:
Single Site: $6 per night
Additional Vehicle Fee: $2 per vehicle per night

  • Camping: $6/single site
  • Extra Vehicle: $2/per night

Directions

From Kettle Falls, WA:  Follow U.S. Highway 395 to state Route 20. Follow state Route 20 for 24 miles and turn at the Sherman Overlook Campground. Trailhead is located at the end of the campground loop.
