Trailhead: Potato Hill - Pacific Crest Trail
Provides access to the Pacific Crest National Scenic Trail #2000 which enters the Mt. Adams Wilderness to the south and the Goat Rocks Wilderness to the north.

Wilderness permits are required within the Mt. Adams Wilderness and the Goat Rocks Wilderness. The self-issuing permits are free and available at the trailhead. For users heading north, the self-issue permit box is located at Midway Meadows, prior to entering the Goat Rocks Wilderness.
Wilderness Regulations apply within Mt. Adams and Goat Rocks Wildernesses.

Directions
From Trout Lake, WA take Mt Adams Road for 1.3 mi. Continue on Forest Road 23 towards Randle and follow for approximately 23 miles. Then take Forest Road 2329 (towards Takhlakh Lake) and stay on 2329 for about about 10 miles. Then go right on Forest Road 5603 and travel for about 1.7 miles to the trailhead.
