General Information

Due to government shutdown and associated office closures, bids that are to be delivered in person prior to the bid date need to be coordinated with the Forest Service at least 24 hours prior to delivery. Failure to do so may result in undeliverable bid. In person bid deliveries are to be coordinated with Emily Meisner, phone: 503-668-1714, email: emily.meisner@usda.gov. The office will be opened 30 minutes prior to the bid opening to accept sealed bids. 

Ensure bid envelope clearly states the name of the timber sale on the outer envelope. Additionally, in order for us to communicate with each bidder, please ensure your phone number and email is listed on the Bid Form. We will use this information to contact both the successful and the unsuccessful bidders if not present for in-person bidding.
