Paul Dennis Campground (Olallie Lake)

Paul Dennis Campground is located on the north shore of Olallie Lake. Hiking, fishing, and canoeing are popular activities here. High elevation snow limits access into the Olallie Lake area until June in most seasons. Located in the Olallie Lake Scenic Area.

Reservations

Olallie Lake Resort campgrounds are first come, first served.

General Information

Camping: 50% discount for single site camping with any of these passes: Interagency Senior, Interagency Access, Golden Age or Golden Access.

Vehicles 16 ft. maximum.

Overnight Use:
Single Site: $20 per night
Additional Vehicle Fee: $10 per vehicle night
Day Use:
$10 per vehicle per day
$30 per annual

Directions

From Estacada, OR - Drive south on Hwy 224 for 45 miles. The road becomes Forest Service Road 46. From Road 46, turn east onto Forest Service Road 4690 and drive 6 miles on pavement, then about 3 miles on gravel, to a junction with Forest Road 4220. Turn south and continue 4 miles to Olallie Lake Resort.  Turn left at the resort and continue past the resort buildings to Paul Dennis Campground.  The roads are closed in the winter.

From US Hwy 26 - Turn south onto Forest Road 42 (Skyline Rd.). After ~22 miles, turn left onto Forest Road 4230. After 2.7 miles, turn right onto Forest Road 4220.  Campground is in about 10 miles.
