Directions
From Twisp, drive west 10 miles on Twisp River Road (County Road 9114). Then turn left onto Buttermilk Creek Road crossing Buttermilk Bridge across Twisp River and follow East Buttermilk Creek Road (Forest Road 43) to the left and follow for about 3 miles. Then turn right on the 4300-500 spur road and stay on it for 2.2 miles to trailhead at the end of the road.
