Provides access to Cummins Ridge Trail #1366.

This trail goes through the Cummins Creek Wilderness.

Within developed recreation sites, dogs must be on a leash no longer than 6 feet, or otherwise under physical restrictive control. 36 CFR 261.16(j)

Directions

Travel 4 miles south of Yachats, OR, on U.S. Highway 101 to Stonefield Beach State Wayside, turn east on Forest Road 5210 to Forest Service Road 5694 on the left.

Follow this road several miles to Forest Road 5694-515 to trailhead.
