General Information

Day use only; no overnight camping allowed

$5/vehicle/day - On site payment not available. The fee is waived when the Northwest Forest Pass or Interagency America the Beautiful Pass is displayed on your car dashboard. Find out which pass works best for you, via this website: Region 6 - Recreation Passes & Permits (usda.gov)

  • Quiet hours between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.
  • Campfires allowed in developed fire pits when conditions allow. Please see current Alerts and Fire Danger Status at the top of this page. Learn more about current fire information on the Umpqua National Forest.
  • Fireworks are prohibited.
  • OHV/ATV use prohibited in the campground.
  • Maximum length of stay anywhere on the forest is 14 days.

Directions

From Roseburg, OR, turn on OR-138 east / northeast Diamond Lake Boulevard. Travel east on Highway 138. After milepost 78 turn west onto Forest Road 4795 (Diamond Lake Loop Road), the north entrance to the Diamond Lake Recreation Area. Go 0.75 mile to the North End Boat Ramp, on your right.
