Directions
From Sweet Home, Oregon, travel east on Highway 20 for 45 miles (MP 74.8) to Highway 22. Follow Highway 22 for 7.5 miles and turn left on Parish Lake Road (Forest Service Road 2266). Continue for 5 miles to the trailhead on the left.
