Gladie Visitor Center

Located in the heart of the Red River Gorge, Gladie Visitor Center is a one-stop shop for learning about the Gorge and the nearby Red Wild and Scenic River. With easy access from KY 715, the Center houses a number of interactive, interpretive displays and a gift shop in addition to a pioneer cabin, barn, and historic farming artifacts on the grounds. The site has designated parking, visitor information, trash collection and picnic tables.

Directions

From I-64, take exit 98 to the Bert T. Combs Mountain Parkway. From the parkway, take exit 33 (Slade) and turn left onto KY 11. To access Gladie through Nada Tunnel, turn left onto KY 15 and travel 1.5 miles west to KY 77. Follow KY 77 to KY 715 and turn right. Stay on 715 and follow the signs to Gladie.
