Quebrada Sonadora
A pretty spot along the river. This river has been the site of long-term study by LTER and USGS of stream chemistry samples, ongoing measurements of conductivity, dissolved oxygen, water and air temperature, nitrate, turbidity, pH, CDOM, and specific conductance. There is a sign marking that it is Sonadora.
Special Safety Messages: Be aware of the weather and flash flooding. Pack it in, Pack it Out: please take your trash with you so it doesn’t end up in the river. Visitors should practice social distancing and not gather in groups
