Isolated Wetland Restoration
This project proposes to use chain saws, brush cutters, and hand tools to thin under- and mid-story hardwood vegetation from frosted flatwoods salamander and striped newt breeding habitat. Herbicide would be used selectively to reduce re-sprouting.
