Fore Lake Pier and Launch

A fishing pier on the eastern shore of Fore Lake adjoined by a small canoe launch provides access for anglers outside the gates of Fore Lake Recreation Area. This quiet spot has limited parking.

Boating--Non-motorized

• Canoes and kayak welcome.
• Boating in the National Forests in Florida is regulated by the state of Florida. Please visit our boating web page before you grab your personal floatation device and head out onto the water.

Fishing

• Fish from the pier or launch a non-motorized boat into this shallow lily-dotted lake. Watch for alligators.
