Perch Lake Recreation Area
This quaint campground is a family favorite. Located approximately 5.5 miles north of Drummond on Forest Road 223 (Delta Drummond Road), there are 16 campsites. Each site includes a defined parking spur, fire ring and picnic table.
Perch Lake Campground has two loops located on each side of Perch Lake. The North Loop has a toilet building, water, 10 single-family sites, boat launch, dock and small parking area for up to five vehicles with trailers. This loop is family-friendly located in a stand of hemlocks. There is also an area where campers can access the lake for swimming.
The South Loop has water, six single-family sites and a double vault toilet building. This loop provides a quieter camping experience.
Some sites can accommodate RV's up to 35 feet. A developed boat ramp provides access to a 72-acre lake that contains trout, panfish and largemouth bass.
Nearby attractions include the Rainbow Lake Wilderness, the North Country National Scenic Trail, trout fishing in the White River, the Rust-Owen Reservoir and the CAMBA mountain bike trails.

There are no reservable sites at the Perch Lake Campground. All sites are available on a first-come, first-come basis.

Perch Lake Campground has 16 campsites. Each site includes a parking spur, fire ring, and picnic table.
RV Camping
There are 16 sites that can accommodate RV's up to 30 feet. Campsites include a parking spur, fire ring and picnic table. Drinking water and vault toilets are available.

- Back in 25 feet: 1
- Back in 30 feet: 2-15
- Back in 35 feet: 16
The open season typically starts the Thursday before the May fishing opener, which is the first Saturday in May.

Campsite Capacity
- Maximum of 8 people and 4 vehicles at each camp site.
- Vehicle capacity limit includes vehicles, wheeled camping units and trailers.
Firewood Closure Order
- Our firewood closure order prohibits the possession, storage, or transport of any firewood that originates from more than 25 miles from your campsite. Firewood certified by the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Transportation and Consumer Protection can originate from more than 25 miles from National Forest destination.
- Pallet boards are not approved.
Operation of all ATVs & UTVs are prohibited in campground. Equipment must be trailered at all times. Boat landing and parking for paying campers only.
Individual campsite fee is $15, or $7.50 with the use of an Interagency pass (access or senior). The interagency pass applies only to the fee for the campsite physically occupied by the pass holder, not to any additional fees or campsite(s) occupied by members of the pass holder's party.
