Sand Run Pond Picnic Area

Picnicking at Sand Run is a popular activity for Wayne National Forest visitors looking for an out-of-the way place to spend the day. Several shady picnic sites offer a relaxing atmosphere for family gatherings. A nearby peaceful pond is surrounded by stately pine trees and is very scenic.
