This Trail Open to Hiker and Equestrian Use.

This trail climbs from Trapper Creek Trailhead on Forest Road 5401 through an old-growth forest, intersecting with Dry Creek Trail #194 almost immediately. The trail climbs for about 1 mile, before the junction with Trail #132 Observation near the Trapper Creek Wilderness boundary.

(At this point it becomes Trail #192.2, which is Hiker Only.)

From Trapper Creek Trailhead.

Highway 14, to Wind River Hwy (Forest Road 30) north then left on Forest Road 3065 and then right on Forest Road 5401.
