The buyer is responsible for determining local regulations regarding possession and use of pepper sprays. The product is a DOT (Department of Transportation) Hazard Class ORM-D consumer commodity. Shipping descriptions that apply to Class ORM-D materials are found in the Code of Federal Regulations (49 CFR 172.101). No applicable Federal Aviation Administration regulations were found.
