Alternative #1—New Triplex Building

• Construct new triplex office/bunkhouse building at old campground site adjacent to Allison.
  
  
• Improve and utilize existing Allison water source, sewage, and power generation.
  
  
• Utilize existing Allison "gas house" for fire equipment storage.
  
  
• Install new above ground fuel storage and spill containment.
  
  
• Construct enclosed fire engine storage/parking.
  
  
• All Allison buildings except the recreation rental and gas house would be mothballed.
