• Construct new triplex office/bunkhouse building at 4-Corners Site (junction of road 4365, 4155, and 41).

• Construct enclosed fire engine storage/parking.
  
  
• Construct fire gear/hose storage.
  
  
• Develop new water source and septic system.
  
  
• Install commercial electrical supply lines.
  
  
• Mothball Allison buildings except for recreation rental.
