Research in Neversink Valley is
associated with the "Model Forests" program and the
Frost Valley YMCA Environmental Education Center in the New
York City watershed.
Research sites will be located in or near model forests to demonstrate the linkage between sustainable forests and sustainable watersheds.
A proposal has been developed and we are seeking funds to involve students of all ages from a diversity of backgrounds in data gathering activities and field oriented studies.
