Little Pines Recreation Area
Little Pines Recreation Area, west of Waldron offers a full service modern campground with electricity, water, trailer dump station, paved roads, a pavilion, hiking trails, a day use area with a swimming beach and boat docks.
The recreation area is located on the banks of Lake Hinkle, a 1,000 plus-acre lake, managed by the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission, with bountiful fishing opportunities for bass, crappie, bream, sunfish, and catfish. Also within the facility is a boat ramp, fishing dock, toilet facilities and ample parking.

General Information
The Little Pines Campground is located along the shoreline of Lake Hinkle, an Arkansas Game and Fish Commission managed lake. The campground offers nine (9) campsites with water and electric services provided at the sites.
Little Pines Day Use sites offer picnic tables with BBQ grills, covered pavilion and a swimming site for swimmers.
Open seasonally. Boat ramp is open all year.
No skiing allowed on the lake.
