The Supplemental Draft Environmental Impact Statement (SDEIS) is available for public viewing and downloading. The SDEIS is divided into several Adobe Acrobat PDF (portable document format) files that are linked together. In order to view the document, you must have the Adobe Acrobat Reader software installed on your PC. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader v3.0 or higher installed on your computer, Acrobat Reader v4.05 is available free of charge from the Adobe website which can be accessed by clicking on the icon below.
Note about Adobe Acrobat Reader: Acrobat Reader allows you to view documents on the web through a browser. It also allows you to view documents without connecting to the Internet once you have downloaded a .PDF file, to your personal computer.

To download the Supplemental Draft Environmental Impact Statement to your personal computer without losing any embedded links between files, download the .ZIP files below. Due to the number of .PDF files that make up the entire SDEIS and in order to maintain the original directory structure, 12 .ZIP files were created. Click on the links with your right mouse button and a pull-up menu will appear to ask you to save the file in a directory on your computer. Depending on the type of browser used, the menu will have a different save command:
