Driver-Operator Guide
The Series—The Engineering Management Series is published periodically as a means for exchanging engineering-related ideas and information. Each EM serves a specific purpose and is distributed to an audience interested in the topic discussed.
Submittals—Authors should send material through their regional information coordinator for regional office review to ensure inclusion of information that is accurate, timely, and of interest Servicewide.
