Confined Space Entry (29 CFR 1910.146)

All Contractors who perform confined space activities as defined in this standard and as it relates to their particular scope of work, will comply with this OSHA standard.

All Contractors are required to have a written Confined Space Entry Program regardless of industry SIC designation (29 CFR 1910.146 (h)(9)(iii)).
