Recordkeeping forms:
- Use OSHA forms 300, Log of Work-Related Injuries
and Illnesses,
300A, Summary of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses; and 301, Injury
and Illness Incident Report.
- Forms are maintained on a calendar year basis.
- Form 300A, Summary of Work-Related Injuries
and Illnesses, for
the previous year, must be posted from February through April of
each year.
