• Federal agencies are required to conduct S&H Program Evaluations (29 CFR 1960.8(c)).
  
  
• Conduct program evaluations using the Baseline Checklist. Documents relating to the program evaluation are located on the web: http://fsweb.wo.fs.fed.us/OSOH/
  
  
• Checklist includes 33 core questions based on six primary pillars: safety management, training, investigations, inspections, promotion, and program evaluation.
  
  
• Checklist includes a 1-4 rating scale.
