Beetop-Roundtop Trail #120
One of the most beautiful trails in northern Idaho, this trail has spectacular views of Lake Pend Oreille, Hope, Clark Fork and all the surrounding mountains and valleys.
The trail follows the ridge traversing through many clearings and openings. Water is very limited along this trail, especially later in the summer. Parking for horse trailers is best at Trestle Creek Road trailhead.

Getting There
Directions
From Sandpoint take Hwy 200 east to the Sam Owen corner;
Turn left, cross the train bridge, and come to stop sign;
Go straight across old highway onto W. Spring Creek Road. This is a county road for approx. 3 miles then turns into a FS road to the trailhead (2 more miles). The total length from Hwy 200 is 5 miles.
NOTE: Spring Creek Road does not go through to Clark Fork, but does show it on maps. From the Hope side, the road ends at the trailhead. From the Clark Fork side, the road ends on private property on the other side of the trailhead.
