Alta Sierra Ski Resort
Alta Sierra Ski Resort and Terrain Park is operated under a Special Use Permit administered by the USDA & the US Forest Service. Alta Sierra Ski Resort and Terrain Park is used primarily as a day resort, catering to beginner and intermediate skiers/snowboarders and to recreational snow play patrons through operation of a designated tubing park.

Alta Sierra Ski Resort and Terrain Park is located on the Kern River Ranger District of the Sequoia National Forest, in the Greenhorn Mountains, approximately 50 miles east of Bakersfield, California.
