Camp 4 Campground

Located at 1,000-feet elevation, Camp 4 campground offers five campsites near the Wild and Scenic Kings River with a table, fire ring, and a vault toilet. Rafting is popular here, with up to Class III rapids in the river. Supplies may be obtained in Piedra. No drinking water is available. Unsuitable for trailers.

General Information

Campfire permits are required for campfires, barbeques, and camp stoves. Permits are available at your local Ranger Station or online at Campfire Permit - Ready for Wildfire.

Quiet hours are 10:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m.

Fire restrictions may be enforced at any time due to hot, dry weather conditions, at which time campfires and charcoal fires may not be allowed. Campfire permits may be required during fire restrictions. Please view the Sequoia National Forest Fire Restrictions on the "Home" page. You can obtain a campfire permit at https://readyforwildfire.org/permits/.
