Tamarack Lake Trailhead

Tamrack Lake Trailhead is a staging area for OHV's to access the Tamarack Lake Trail, and to be used as overflow parking for Packer Lake Day Use area. There are no amenities, just a gravel lot. You can find this trailhead at the beginning of Forest Road 93. Please note that you must trailer your OHV to use other OHV trails in the area. You cannot drive your OHV up to Packer Saddle.

There is more parking at the 93-1 Road. You will get a ticket if you are riding on the pavement. Please refer to the Motor Vehcile Use Map (MVUM) for where you are allowed to ride you OHVs.
