Indian Creek Trail #5001

This short 1.1 mile trail, in the Strawberry Mountain Wilderness is very steep. It connects Indian Creek #364 and Pine Creek Trail #201. This connection allows visitors more options for hiking through the wilderness.

Directions

From Prairie City, OR., turn onto South Main Street follow South Main Street to the junction with Bridge Street. Turn left onto Bridge Street and continue past the cemetary, the road then becomes County Road 62. Follow County Road 62 approximatley 19 miles to the junction with Forest Road 16. Turn west on Forest Road 16 and travel for approximately 10 miles to the junction with Forest Road 1640. Turn north onto Forest Road 1640 and follow for approximately 7 miles to the Road's End Trailhead #201A and Pine Creek Trail #201.
