Snow Bunny Sno-Park/Sledding Area

Snow Bunny Sno-Park is operated by Timberline Summit Pass, formerly known as Summit Ski Area, which officially became part of the Timberline Ski Area in 2021.

Snow Bunny Sno-Park is a favorite family recreation spot on the Forest. This beginner-friendly sledding area is close to Portland. There are several hills for sledding and tubing. Easier, smaller hills are closer to the parking lot and more difficult, larger hills are towards the back of the sno-park. Visitors should bring their own personal sledding devices such as toboggans, sleds, and tubes. There are no sled rentals at Snow Bunny.

Trails for snowshoeing and cross-country skiing can be accessed from this point. Space for 100 cars. Trailer parking available.

Resources & Recommendations:

  • Sledding inherently comes with safety risks. Please take care and assess conditions before recreating.
  • Visitors should use traction tires/chains during winter weather. Check road conditions at TripCheck.
  • Visitors risk getting their vehicles ticketed or towed if illegally blocking the roadway or other vehicles. Make sure you have a back-up plan if the parking lot is full.
