Kachess Campground
Kachess Campground is located on the northwest shore of Kachess Lake with Little Kachess Lake to the immediate north. Set in dense old-growth evergreens and surrounded by high mountains, Kachess Campground has over 100 campsites and one group campsite (by reservation only). It is an excellent location for family camping.
There are two boat launches and a picnic area. These water access points accommodate cartoppers and trailer boats and there is parking for vehicles & trailers. The south boat launch is paved; and the north boat launch is maintained gravel. On busy summer weekends, the boat launch and day use parking areas fill up fast.

Recreation Passes not accepted for day use fees. Day use facilities are operated by the concessionaire, not by the Forest Service.
Day Use:
$11 per vehicle per day
Overnight Use:
Single Site: $27 per night
Double Site: $54 per night
Group Site: $158 per night
Additional Vehicle Fee: $11 per night
- Extra vehicle is defined as any vehicle (motorhome, trailer, or passenger vehicle) that is not towed in with the first vehicle.
- If primary vehicle fills the parking pad, no additional vehicles will be allowed.
- 50% discount for camping single site or day use fee, with any of these passes: Interagency Senior, Interagency Access, Golden Age, or Golden Access. Discount does not apply to double or group sites.

From Cle Elum, travel west on I-90 for about 20 miles. Take Exit 62 and follow Kachess Lake Road for 5-1/2 miles to campground, which is on the right.
