• Bids for the Timber Sale will be accepted by mail or received at the Bradford Ranger Station during normal business hours. Bids may be considered if received AFTER the date and time of the bid opening if one of the following applies:
  • Late bid was due to mishandling by the Forest Service after the delivery by the Post Office (for example, failure to pick up or process the mail.)
  • Bid was sent by registered or certified mail not later than the 5th calendar day before the date specified for receipt of bids.
  • Bid was sent by USPS Express Mail next day service two (2) working days prior to the date specified for receipt of bids.
• The Forest Service reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
