The Winnie Boat access is part of the Winnie Campground. The landing provides access to Lake Winnibigoshish from the west side. The landing has a dock.

Directions
Winnie Campground and boat access are 18 miles from Cass Lake. Travel east on Highway 2 to Froest Road 2171. Turn north on this road, cross the Mississippi to Forest Road 2168, travel south to Winnie Lake Campground and boat access.
