Quartz Creek Campground
Quartz Creek offers 45 sites, some double sites, paved roads and spurs. Amenities include water, flush toilets, tables, and a boat launching area.
Reservations
Make Reservations HereVisit Recreation.gov or call 1-877-444-6777 (overseas: 518-885-3639) to check availability and make a reservation. Reservations can be made up to 180 days in advance. Fees are charged during the summer season.
Reservations made on Recreation.gov are non-transferable through a third party to prevent abuse, and unauthorized sale and resale. If necessary, work through Recreation.gov to adjust reservations. Contact the Seward Ranger District office for questions regarding location-specific policy.
If you cannot use your reservation, please modify or cancel your reservation to make space for others.
General Information
Quartz Creek Campground is located at the northern end of Kenai Lake near Coopers Landing.
Late spring to early fall
During the off-season there is no water, no trash service, and no fees. Please pack out all garbage. Outhouse/toilet facilities may be unavailable.
Access to the Boat Launch and Kenai Lake public access are open year-round. Snow plowing is intermittent as weather and road conditions allow.
Quartz Creek Dump Station
- $10 per vehicle dump
- Potable water is available for fresh water tank fill up.
