Nooya Lake Trailhead

The Nooya Lake trail is 0.9 miles long. It begins at the edge of Nooya Estuary and ends at Nooya Lake. The first 3/4 mile of the trail is constructed of rustic boardwalk and natural tread. The last quarter mile is natural tread that rises steeply to the lake’s outlet. A 3-sided shelter is present at the trails end that is available on a first come, first serve basis.

Nooya is located in the north arm of Rudyerd Bay, which opens off the east shore of the Behm Canal in Misty Fiords National Monument. The trailhead is to the left of Nooya Creek. Access is by boat or floatplane.
