Inyo, Sequoia and Sierra National Forests Land Management Plans Revision
The Inyo, Sequoia, and Sierra National Forests are the three "early adopter" national forests in the Pacific Southwest Region of the Forest Service revising their Forest Plans using the 2012 Planning Rule. The revision process involves three stages: assessment of forest resource condition and trend, development of a revised plan, and monitoring the implementation and effectiveness of plan direction.
We are now asking the public to provide input on draft proposed species of conservation concern (SCC) lists by August 14, 2015, via email to: firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include "SCC lists" in the subject line. For more information, visit our SCC webpage.
We anticipate publishing a Draft Environmental Impact Statement and the draft Land Management Plans for comment later in 2015. For more information on our Plan, visit the Plan Revision Page.
