The Office of Regulatory and Management Services (ORMS) is located in the Business Operations Deputy Area.  ORMS has responsibility Controlled Correspondence, Correspondence Policy, Data Quality, Directives and Regulation, Forms and Reports, Freedom of Information Act/Privacy Act, Information Collections, and Records Management.
