#2 Old Highway 2 Interpretive Trailhead

Trail Length: 2.3 miles

This trail is part of the old highway between Libby and Troy. There are many small springs and cascades, and spectacular views of the Kootenai River. The old highway passes through the closed environment of softwoods and mosses and the open environment of wildflowers and alders.

Trail is maintained for hikers. Accept Use: Pack & saddle, bicycle, x-c ski and snowshoe

Trail closed yearlong to all motorized vehicles.
