Elk Home Ditch Reconstruction
A temporary construction permit to reconstruct/pipe the Elk Home ditch. Total ditch length for this project will be approximately 4,180 feet with a right of way of 40 feet and an one acre staging area below the high water line within Rainbow Lake.
