XCEL/PSCo Gas Pipeline Repairs
The Forest Service is proposing to issues XCEL Energy/Public Service Company (PSCo) a Temporary Construction Permit to repair six locations along the gas line on Marshall Pass, which have shown signs of "metal loss".
