Fossil Ridge II Land Exchange
GMUG and Crested Butted Land Trust are proposing a land-for-land exchange where the Forest Service would acquire the remaining acres from the 2013 Fossil Ridge I Exchange in return for 120 acres near Crested Butte. Exchange value is ~$3 million.
