Bear Pen Gulch #124
The Bear Pen Gulch Trail #124 begins at Forest Service Road #500, Love Mesa Road, and ends at Forest Service Road #501, Cabin Bench Road . The trail descends into Bear Pen Gulch and travels east along the north side of the creek. Just after dropping off Love Mesa, it intersects the Bear Pen Spur 1B Trail #124.1B. At about 2.2 miles it intersects the South Bear Pen Gulch Trail #124.1A. It comes to an end at FSR #501 in another 1.3 miles.

Directions
From Delta: Turn west on Highway 348, 6th Street. Travel west and south on HWY 348 for approximately 4 miles to 25 Mesa Road. Continue on 25 Mesa Road for approximately 18 miles the National Forest Boundary where 25 Mesa Road becomes Forest Service Road #503. Continue on FSR #503 for approximately 9.3 miles to FSR #402, Divide Road. Turn west onto FSR #402 and continue for approximately 12.8 miles to FSR #500, Love Mesa Road. Turn northeast on FSR #500 and travel for approximately 4 miles to the trail beginning on the south side of the road.
