Bellview Trail #598

The Bellview Trail #598 begins at the trailhead at the end of Forest Service Road #569 at about 11,020 feet and dead ends part way up Mount Bellview at about 11,840 feet near the Silver Spruce Mine. From the trailhead, the trail ascends 180 feet in about 0.6 miles before turning into a series of switchbacks and continuing for another 0.7 miles to the mine. The trail does not continue on to the summit. However, an ambitious hiker could find their way.
