Bull Creek Snowmobile #13A

The Bull Creek Loop Trail #13A begins at an intersection with the Cold Sore Snowmobile Trail #739 after crossing the spillway of Currier Reservoir and ends back at the Cold Sore Trail at the northwest end of Cottonwood Lakes #1. This trail runs north through spruce/fir, aspen, and open meadows, it is north and west of the Cottonwood Lakes area. It goes through narrow openings in the timber and is a winding single track trail, with steep hills and turns through trees.  It also rides through water in the spillway of Blackman & Currier Reservoirs. This trail is marked but not groomed, so some skill is required.

Directions

From Collbran, travel south on County Road 59 which turns into Forest Service Road 121 at the National Forest boundary, for approximately 7 miles to the forest boundary.  Approximately ½ a mile farther is the Bonham Snowmobile Trailhead.  Follow the Bonham Trail #29 for approximately 3 miles to the intersection with the Cold Sore Trail. Follow the Cold Sore Trail for approximately 3.5 miles to its intersection with the Bull Creek Snowmobile Trail.
