Dinner Station Campground - Gunnison RD

This campground is used primarily by four-wheel drive, ATV and trail bike enthusiasts. It is located 3.75 miles north of Taylor Reservoir. Several fishing sites line the banks of the Taylor River near the campground. The Collegiate Peaks Wilderness Area lies 4 miles east of this campground. Landscape includes ponderosa pine next to an open sage brush valley. 22 campsites.

Travel northeast on County Road 724 / Forest Road 742 (Taylor Canyon Road) 32.5 miles . Road changes to improved dirt immediately after the turn off for Cottonwood Pass Road.
