ZK Spring #124

The ZK Spring Trail #124 begins and ends on Forest Service Road #530. This trail starts out at an elevation of about 8,500 feet and gradually descends along an old two track road. It traverses the north side of the Z K Spring and works its way toward FSR #564. After crossing FSR #564, it continues south of Lewis Reservoir coming to an end at FSR #530 around 8,400 feet.

Directions

From Montrose: Travel west on Highway 90 for approximately 23 miles to the intersection with Forest Service Road #402, Divide Road. Turn south onto FSR #402 and continue for approximately 14.4 miles to the intersection with FSR #510. Travel south then west on FSR #510 until it turns into FSR #530. Continue on FSR #530 for approximately 1 mile to FSR #530.1A. Turn north on FSR #530.1A and the trail access on the west side of the road just after turning north.
